CENOTE CHUKUMALTIK Y AMATENANGO DEL VALLE

This full-day tour combines the natural beauty of Cenote Chukumaltik with the pottery tradition of Amatenango del Valle. It's an ideal experience for those looking to swim in crystal-clear waters and connect with Chiapas's living culture in a single trip.

The day starts with hotel pickup at 8:00 am, followed by an approximately 2-hour drive to the cenote, where you'll have plenty of time to swim and relax in a natural setting surrounded by vegetation.

You'll then head to Amatenango del Valle, a town known for its clay pottery tradition. There you'll visit a local artisan's home and take part in making clay figures, guided by the locals throughout the process.

Before returning to San Cristóbal de Las Casas, there's time for an optional meal (not included) in the municipality of Teopisca. Return is scheduled for around 5:00 pm.
