1. Acceptance
By using Rezer you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. About the service
Rezer is a platform that connects travelers with local operators (experiences, restaurants and transport). The final service is provided by each operator.
3. Bookings and payments
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely with Stripe. When you book, you receive a voucher with the details.
4. Cancellations
Each experience states its cancellation policy. See the Cancellations and refunds section for more detail.
5. Responsibilities
The operator is responsible for providing the service as described. Rezer acts as an intermediary and facilitates the booking, payment and support.
6. Intellectual property
Rezer's brand, content and software are protected. Their use is not permitted without authorization.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
