Free cancellation

Most experiences can be cancelled at no cost up to 48 hours before; restaurant reservations, up to 2 hours before. The exact window appears on each listing and on your voucher.

How to cancel

• Go to ‘My bookings’ with your code.
• Select the reservation and choose cancel.
• You get the confirmation instantly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Special cases

If an activity is cancelled due to extreme weather or by the provider, we offer to reschedule or a full refund. Write to us and we'll help.
