Cirque du Soleil JOYÀ

JOYÀ is Cirque du Soleil's first resident show in Latin America and one of the most breathtaking experiences in the Riviera Maya. It takes place at the Teatro Cirque du Soleil at Vidanta, built exclusively for the show, in the jungle north of Playa del Carmen. Follow Joyà, a rebellious teenager, on her journey through the jungle and the fantastical world of her grandfather, an old alchemist who wants to share his passion for knowledge. Through magical creatures, impossible acrobatics, and live music, the story draws inspiration from Mexico's rich cultural heritage and traditions. It's the only Cirque du Soleil show that pairs the performance with a culinary experience just as creative as what happens on stage: a 3-course gourmet dinner with champagne. The show runs 80 minutes with no intermission; with the dinner option, the full evening lasts about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Available year-round and family-friendly (children from age 3).
