Children aged 1-5 years have free access to the park, free transportation, and do not pay a dock fee.
The dock fee is $15 USD per person, both for adults and children (6 years and older), and must be paid at the time of registration or check-in
Maritime transportation leaves at 9 am from Playa Langosta in the Hotel Zone of Cancun
Photographs during aquatic activities and/or experiences have an additional cost
The use of lifeguards is mandatory in all water activities
Pregnant women (5 months and more) can't participate in water activities or zip lining for safety reasons
Women less than 5 months pregnant may participate in aquatic activities only when accompanied by another adult and having signed a letter of responsibility
Recommendations
