About Parque Xplor

Xplor is a one-of-a-kind underground world in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just minutes from Playa del Carmen. It's the perfect place to spend a full day among jungle, caverns and underground rivers, mixing thrills and nature with everything included so you can focus on having fun. Your ticket gives you access to the park and its four adventure activities spread across 7 circuits: zip lines, amphibious vehicles, underground rafts and stalactite rivers. Each activity takes you to a different setting, from the treetops to caverns flooded with crystal-clear water. The starting point is El Corazón, the hub where you access all activities. You'll find hydration stations and the perfect spot for your iconic park photo before the adventure begins. Between activities you can refuel at the Oasis and Manantial stations with smoothies and snacks, relax in the hammock areas and enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffet at El Troglodita restaurant, themed with dinosaurs and cavemen.

What to expect

El Corazón — Start at El Corazón, the park's main hub where you access all activities. Hydrate at the water stations and snap your iconic photo before choosing your first adventure.

Zip lines — Fly through two circuits of seven zip lines each, the highest in the area, with views of the jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Each run ends with a refreshing splash.

Amphibious vehicles — Take the wheel and head into the jungle through narrow paths, flooded caverns and hanging bridges. The driver must show a valid government-issued ID and driver's license.

Underground expedition — Go underground and discover caverns filled with crystal-clear water, finding your way through spectacular scenery in a fun and unique way.

Underground rivers and rafts — Swim through a prehistoric river among stalactites and row through the narrow passages of an underground river using glove-style paddles.

El Troglodita buffet — Recharge at this generous all-you-can-eat buffet with options for everyone, themed with dinosaurs and cavemen, and stop by the Oasis and Manantial smoothie stations.
