What to expect
Boat departure from Cancún — The boat leaves in the morning from Playa Langosta to Isla Mujeres. The ride takes just a few minutes across the Caribbean.
Arrival and check-in — Upon arriving at the venue in Isla Mujeres, you check in. The dock fee is paid here, just before the activity begins.
Pre-activity briefing — You receive a 15-minute briefing with specialists before entering the water. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Dolphin swim — Enjoy 40 minutes of interaction with the dolphins on the platform. A life jacket is required at all times.
Free time and meal — After the activity, use the pools, loungers, and showers, and enjoy your included buffet meal.
Downtown tour and return — There's an afternoon shopping tour to downtown Isla Mujeres, then the boat returns to Cancún.
