Dolphin Encounter en Isla Mujeres is a program designed for the whole family. You'll swim with dolphins in their natural Caribbean habitat—no expert swimming skills needed, since you'll stand on an underwater platform throughout the interaction. The Dolphin Discovery venue is just a short ferry ride from Cancún, on one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. The dolphins will give you a kiss and a hug, and you'll enjoy their friendly company. While on the platform, marine mammal specialists share fun facts about dolphins: their diet, care programs, and tips to protect the environment. After the activity, spend the rest of the day at the pools, relax in the sun, and enjoy a buffet meal with refreshing drinks. Perfect for a great time with your loved ones.

What to expect

Boat departure from Cancún — The boat leaves in the morning from Playa Langosta to Isla Mujeres. The ride takes just a few minutes across the Caribbean.

Arrival and check-in — Upon arriving at the venue in Isla Mujeres, you check in. The dock fee is paid here, just before the activity begins.

Pre-activity briefing — You receive a 15-minute briefing with specialists before entering the water. Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Dolphin swim — Enjoy 40 minutes of interaction with the dolphins on the platform. A life jacket is required at all times.

Free time and meal — After the activity, use the pools, loungers, and showers, and enjoy your included buffet meal.

Downtown tour and return — There's an afternoon shopping tour to downtown Isla Mujeres, then the boat returns to Cancún.
