About Parque Xenses

Xenses is a park that plays with your senses: nothing here is what it seems. Over about 5 hours, you explore two paths filled with fantastic scenes through land, water, air, and underground, with activities designed to surprise you at every turn. On the Way of Dwarfs and Giants, your logic gets put to the test, while the Xitric Garden awakens your smell and taste with fresh lemonade straight from the tree. Each zone is designed to deliver a different sensory experience. The Path of Doing brings the fun: feel the giant red heart at Heartbeat, slide down Slip, zip-line on Bird Flight, and cover yourself in mud at the Sludgerie to refresh your skin. Afterward, rinse off at the park's natural Xpa. The tour includes round-trip transport from your hotel in the Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen, park admission, and use of changing rooms and lockers, so you can focus on enjoying yourself.

What to expect

Hotel pickup — Transport picks you up in a comfortable, fully equipped bus or van. Your pickup time will appear after purchase and depends on your hotel's location.

Pinwheel: starting point — This is where the magic begins. You enter two paths with over 50 fantastic scenes that challenge all your senses.

Xensatorium and underground paths — Walk through total darkness across different ecosystems, then cross caverns with rock formations and small cenotes from the Riviera Maya's underground river system.

The Eden and Xitric Garden — Admire waterfalls, fish, macaws, and flamingos in harmony. Then cool off with fresh lemonade straight from the tree, surrounded by native vegetation.

Path of Doing — Experience Heartbeat, walk through the village of Town, slide on Slip, zip-line on Bird Flight, and cover yourself in mud at the Sludgerie.
